UPS ground, 2nd day air and Next Day Air. We use UPS, exclusively. USPS, Fedex and DHL are not available. |
Notification
You will be notified by email, within 24 hours of the shipping of your order. |
Time of Delivery
Orders will usually ship from our plant in 2-3 days. Your email notification will estimate the time of delivery for the order. |

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated by the UPS server based on weight, destination and time constraints. |
Returns
These products are manufactured specifically for you and have no value to us once produced.
Subsequentially, returns are not allowed. |
| Cancellations |
A cancellation fee will apply to any cancelled order. The cancellation fee will range from a 25 % to 100% charge of the base charges.
The fee amount will depend upon the stage to which the order has been processed.
The fee for an order that has been completed but not shipped will be 100 % less any applicable freight charges.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
